The instructor I think her name was Keia was excellent at modifying poses for me due to injury. She was extremely knowledgeable and understanding.

What do you like about our services?

Very nice studio. I find the names of the classes less than easy to navigate (as a person who only visits this studio intermittently).... And I would suggest more vinyasa classes in the moon room (does rocket = vinyasa?). Almost every class has the word flow in it - but I don't find them that flowy. Thanks : )

What do you like about our services?

Loved the option of Warm Flow! (I wish there were more offerings for it). The instructor and staff were all great and the facility was very nice.

The receptionist that helped me was very friendly and as I am new to yoga, she explained some of the better programs for me. The studio is also super clean!

Everything, great bathroom and shower facility! You guys provide us with everything we would need for day to day life not just yoga class such as lotion, shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc:
Your little shop always has great clothing and accessories.
The instructors are all very knowledgable and have great Ora's about them
Tea and fruit in the lounge area is great after a class!

What do you like about our services?

The staff are great. Since I make it to a class only once per week, I did't expect them anyone to learn my name, but I get a personal greeting every Sunday when I arrive. I also like the fact that the facility is so clean and tidy. I am a microbiologist so cleanliness, especially in the change room, is a big deal to me.

The yoga instructors for my Sunday morning Hatha class have all been great. I appreciate that they stress doing the poses correctly as a way to avoid injury. I am not very experienced so injury would be a real possibility without expert instructions.
