Facility is clean and warm. Staff is friendly very educated. Need to be more hands on with correcting patrons with poses.

I like that there is a plethora of class times. Makes Modod easy to fit into nearly every schedule.

My favourite is hot Hatha as so helpful. Barre and Barre Express are enjoyable.The new front entrance at Waverley is practical. Liking the fact someone answers the phone now and cancellation for not auto renewal a little less strict. I am grateful for how my health has improved from Hatha. Instructors are pleasant. Appreciate the fact Hot Hatha and Barre are more available. I am grateful for Modo and all who make my time spent there enjoyable and useful. Thanks again!!!!

The facilities are clean. The classes & teachers are great with a good variety of yoga classes and times to choose from. I like that there is a Barre class if I want to do that.
Even if I feel like I’m still new to yoga I always feel welcomed at Modo. In my experience, the teachers and the people who attend Modo have been respectful and not judgmental.
For the first time in my life I feel like I have found a “safe” place where I can practice living a healthier life.

I’m very new to yoga and I like the comfortable atmosphere provided by the instructors. They do a great job talking through how to challenge yourself with each pose.
