The classes are extremely full and there is little space between participants, which takes away from the overall experience of your practice. Allowing slightly more room between people would make a huge difference.

I love the punctuality of the classes and the heat. Classes can be very crowded but I am getting used to it. Instructors have been great and I really love the stress free environment.

I find the environment very welcoming and calming. I feel comfortable and challenged in the classes and so far the intentions set by the instructors have really resonated with me. I looked up the quote that Ken used today and saved it on my phone. It was an awesome way to start my Sunday.

Very welcoming, friendly and helpful! My daughter and I love Modo Yoga. The environment encourages healthy, positive behaviors and we feel great inside and out after every class!

What do you like about our services?

It’s very fun to exercise in a class with an instructor. It’s challenging and helps with balance and strength. It feels good to sweat a bunch in the heat and then get out and feel refreshed.

I love Modo Yoga! the instructors are so good. I love that the postures are the same each class with slight variations. Especially in the winter is feels so good to lay down in the hot room and dream about warm weather.

The Karma class is such a great way to spend a Friday night. Moving my body, sweating, and supporting a cause. The teachers are always lovely and inspiring.
