I absolutely love this space. I am a Yoga Teacher, and was trained in Hot Vinyasa. I hadn’t done Hot Yoga since I moved back to Minneapolis, and after taking my first class at Modo, I now know that Hot Yoga is my favorite practice. The space itself is beautiful, I love that they offer complimentary tea, and they have showers with soap available. I would highly recommend this studio.

The schedule, the flow classes, hands on adjustments, the lovely music choices (for the most part - but not always yoga appropriate though), the community. This applies to both studios. Larisa’s hot flows at Wave have been fantastic. Sean is a great substitute while she is away. Would love to see Sari or Matt on the Waverley schedule sometime, perhaps a change to Tues 3 pm. Thanks for all you do!
I really like the studio. It is easy to make appointments and the process of checking in to classes is smooth and fast.
Even better than the ease of attending is the quality of classes and instruction. The session leaders are outstanding and lead in a way that relaxes and guides you so that you are comfortable being there.

Diverse community with intentions before every class! I would love to see more modo 60 classes with music, but understand that is a personal preference. I'll still attend allll the classes! Also, I LOVED the live music class ya'll did a month back.

You cant beat friendliness. It's the #1 most important thing and all the staff there are warm, friendly and inviting.

Instructors are always good and there is a nice community feel. I wish the class sizes were smaller though.

Love the people. The one thing I would like to see is room darkening shades put on the windows. I go more in the winter than in the summer as its just too bright in the hot yoga room with all the windows. Would much prefer a dark room as its way more relaxing.
