You’re hot room is just that, it’s nice and hot! The people are terrific and very friendly. It’s a very comfortable setting, especially when you’re starting out. It’s clean and has a really good vibe. Thoughtful amenities in the locker room. Great variety of classes and teachers.

So many things but honestly there is not too many times that when you walk through the door for a class that you are not greeted with a smile and such a warm welcome. The staff go out of their way to greet you and if you want to engage in more they are always willing to hear about your day, your woes, whatever is on your mind.
And of course, the amazing, never let you down incredible classes and the number and variety that are offered in a day.
Lastly, the studio and the entire space is so beautiful.

I injured myself recently and was not able to attend classes as often. I appreciate the slow flow (love your brain) class in the non-heated room as it is gentle enough for my back injury as well, until I can get back to a more frequent hot room routine. I would love to take the teacher training for this!

I felt welcomed from the moment in the door. I was visiting from out out town and enjoyed having options for passes and mat rentals. Studio was extremely well run and clean. Instruction was made clearly with options presented at many levels. KJ was an absolute joy!
