Spacious barre room and adequate change rooms. Great instructors
The staff is considerate and attentive; they appear to always be willing to help and to be kind. One doesn't feel patronized or dismissed, but rather offered true help. The tone of the studio is quietly patient and joyful, and the staff seems to be truly aware of their small place on the earth. It is a very respectful and sincere experience to be there.

The teachers!!! Especially Matt Sari Kerri Victoria Devin Sky. Variety of classes. How hot Donald is. How you are greeted when you arrive and chance to ask questions or comment after class. I tell everyone they should go to Modo!!! I’ve been going since the opening week and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! I do miss Jitendra though!!!
I love the variety of classes and instructors. Each class brings new challenges and accomplishments, it is truly rewarding. Shout out to Julie! I love her difference she brings to barre, and the analogies she uses to help you align your body to get a maximum burn!
I’ve noticed other institutions with Barre HIIT classes, is this something that could eventually be brought to Modo?

Everything is perfect
Unfortunarely after the first class when I asked my family doctor he said because of your asthma and lungs problem you must quit right now
I just was 30 minutes in my first class however it was too hard for me but I reaily enjoyed

I appreciate the fact that there are many classes throughout the day so you can work your practise time around a busy schedule. The facility is clean and comfortable. The instructors are excellent; knowledgeable and welcoming.
