Every class is different. Even if you take 10 moto 60 classes they are all different. The teachers are creative and helpful.... The Barre classes will kick your butt and get you into shape quickly.... The energy exchange program is great and helps to keep the place very clean.

You restored expired clssses for me. I had a knee injury and couldn’t do yoga and I’d let my pass as expire but now I’m healed and I can come back to use them up.

As a member of ClassPass, I’ve been to Barre/yoga classes all over town and yours is BY FAR my favorite. It’s SO much more rigorous than any other one I’ve been to. Not a second of time is lost. Clean relaxing environment
The teacher was very calm and supportive. Made sure to create an atmosphere of non-judgement and growth. She was very helpful in describing different poses and also giving alternatives that could be performed instead.
Everything is wonderful, I would be a member if I lived closer! The only complaint is the weak water pressure but that is hardly a reason to complain. Thanks for everything you offer the Minneapolis community!
