I like that you ofer so many different classes especially karma classes. Teachers are very helpful. The studio is clean. It’s my favourite yoga studio in Winnipeg.
Variety of instructors. How Modo allows its instructors to bring themselves to the class. If I take a modo class with Sean I will have a different experience taking it with Ken or John. I mostly go to Waverley but visit Donald when I am working downtown. Love barre with Toewella? and Debbie. Ashley challenges me and changes things up every class. Elise is walking sunshine. Love Stefanie. Enjoy them all for different reasons.

Only suggestion to improve experience is to shake up the music. Nice to hear some new music when you are a regular.

I had an exceptional customer experience with Kirsten. She found that I had 46 unused classes which I thought were expired! She got me all squared away - extended the expiration dates, reset my password, etc. I can’t thank her enough!

Recently switched from CorePower yoga and have been enjoying the change of pace. The studio and locker rooms have a lot of the space. The vibe is friendly and open.
Great classes and variety. One hesitation is the 6 hour window for cancellation - seems excessive.
