I wish the prices were abit more reflective of social inclusion and accessibility for those with lower incomes. I like that the staff at the desk are always pleasant and often accommodating.
The class itself was challenging yet allowed for different levels without demanding those that weren’t as advanced. The instructor described and demonstrated the movements as she went and that helps to follow the class. The heat was high but not extreme. I enjoy the flows more than the isometric holds in regular classes.
My instructor, KJ, was absolutely fantastic. As she guided the practice there were times throughout where I’d follow her general guidance about a hip or shoulder blade or heel and it would work and something would click for me. It felt like she was passing off instructions specific to me as general class instructions. I know that couldn’t have been the case the whole time or maybe even any of the time, but as a new guy, it was really great to get what felt like targeted instruction without being “called out”.
Love your mission. I really appreciate the quiet space and the peacefulness of the studios.

The man at the desk was very helpful and accommodating, and Jessica guided a great class - just what I needed, as a relative "newbie" coming back after a number of years. I felt comfortable going at my own pace. Jessica was also warm and receptive to talk with afterwards. Thank you! PT
