I love the hatha with music but sometimes find the commercial music with singing distracting. I think instrumental songs fit better with the class.

I've done yoga only a handful of times and was really worried about feeling intimidated or not being able to keep up. The instructors are great at verbally explaining the moves and I didn't feel self conscious at all. I've been searching for that perfect early-morning workout for years and I think I finally found a winner.

I always enjoy the classes, I was just so frustrated that I couldn't reach anyone by phone that day. I purposely called in the 10-15 mins before classes knowing there would be someone at the desk to take the call, but no one ever answered.
