The staff are very welcoming. They make time to answer any questions and help you out how ever needed ( exercises, in-class, before class and even after class). The classes are set up nicely. I like the order the exercises are put in, there's s nice flow to them. The instructors talk in a nice soft and slow voice. I really liked the ambience of the Hot Hatha class.

I really enjoy the accessible space and the calming sentiment expressed by the various instructors to not feel pressure that your practice has to live up to a rigid standard each and every class.

I do not like that committed members are not given occasional discounts or birthday discounts. Regular members are the best form of advertising and bringing in new business. Saying regular members can have the additional classes free instead of paying 20$ is not a benefit to most. Groupon prices should be an annual 1x offer to members. The regular members are one of the reasons MOKSHA is a great facility.
I do not like the constant cell use in the change room. It is disturbing and disrespectful! Not to mention risky for a company not to make it clear that cell use is not to be tolerated. I have seen a girl taking pictures of others in various states of dress.
