I like the moksha studios for a variety of reasons. One of the biggest pluses is the variety of classtimes that are offered. I seem to always be able to fit a class in to my schedule because there are a great selection of class times. That was one of the reasons that I purchased a membership. The second reason and equally important was the caliber of staff that are guiding us through our practices. They are knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful. Keep up the great work!
If you bike you can use a yoga mat there! I love places that support biking and sustainability
Danielle Loewen is one of the absolute best practice guides in the country. I have taken classes at Moksha studios all over Canada, but nothing compares to her!
