The person at the desk was very friendly and was very welcoming. Being my first time (my daughter invited me to come with her) it didn’t know what to expect but the sign in process was fast and easy and all my questions were answered. The locker room was very clean and organized. The class was not what I expected. I really enjoyed the taking care of your mind and inner self. Was a bit hot but I got used to it. Felt great afterward. Thanks

Kindness of teachers, warm inclusive environment
There is no presure....if you can't do a certain pose you can lay on your mat....its based on what you can do and there is all different kinds of people with different levels of yoga experience. The atmosphere is very nice, friendly staff and the studios are clean and welcoming. So far I have enjoyed my experience!
