I have been coming for years, always taking the summer for my ultimate frisbee, and returning in the fall to the studio. Every time I am filled with a sense of joy and comfort you associate with retuning home from an extended trip. The sense of acceptance and inclusion that is evident when you enter is very welcoming to long time members as well as people discovering yoga. I was thrilled to have 5 of my teammates join me for the first time ever this past Friday for a class. They all enjoyed themselves, and I was happy to have shared the experience with them. The best hot yoga in Winnipeg
I appreciate the beautiful, safe space to practice. I appreciate the addition of a gender inclusive space to change and shower. However, this gesture is not fully inclusive and misses the mark. The things that may keep a transgender person, especially a non binary trans person like me, from being comfortable in a change room, would keep us out of a locker room. We still need a place to keep our stuff once we’ve changed. Separating us and giving us accommodations that aren’t equal to those of men/women is hurtful. Could we consider making the upstairs locker room gender inclusive? That way anyone could use it under the idea that their body is a safe body in that space no matter what they look like or how their gender presents.
I am an activist in my community and a long time Moksha member. I love it here but have never felt 100% included and have trans friends who cannot come and feel safe. I’d love to discuss further in person, perhaps over tea? I have been involved in creating more gender diverse and inclusive spaces in other parts of our community and would love to be part of the consultation for Moksha Donald.

The teachers are great! Very clean environment. Easy to book classes and great location.
I like the freiednly environment. Peaceful and clean. I can come in to do my fitness workout in barre but also have the relaxation and mindfulness of the space that I have in my moksha practice
the center is very clean.
I love the quiet when I enter. I love the teaching without music and gentle but explicite instructions for how to do the poses. I love the 7 values thre center is built on.
Everything! I love the instructors and the front desk staff. I love the classes and how all people are accepted and welcomed. I love how Moksha Winnipeg supports the community through Yoga in the Schools and providing donations to charities. I appreciate how Moksha Winnipeg is continually making improvements and the instructors are continually growing and learning. I love Moksha Yoga Winnipeg!!

Staff is super friendly! The only thing I miss so much is the Tuesday and Thursday core flow classes at 4:30 :( it breaks my heart that that class isn't offered anymore!

We have deeply enjoyed the conversation either casual or constructive about our yoga practise. It is a good environment and relationships are encouraged I have many yoga buddies now. The ability of celebrate peoples successes is nice to see as people develop their practise. I would like to see more frequent cleaning of mens showers as some users are not very messy.
I like the skill level of the instructors, class availability and cleanliness of the studio.
