The class was good. It has been quite a while since I attended a class, so the moksha series was what I was needing, and the community class $5 price was very appealing.
The teacher was wonderfully confident. She spoke loud and clearly, and was very direct with how her postures flowed from one to another. (Some teachers mumble through the instructions and it difficult to tell what they want us to do, especially in the flow classes.) I expect she was a bit nervous (as anyone would be) because some of the specific posture instructions and the breathing exercises at the beginning and end of the class was a bit muddled or lacking. Otherwise she did a very good job, and I thoroughly enjoyed myself and got 'the mental break' I needed as well as the physical excercise aspect that has kept me coming back in the past. I actually found her class rather challenging, (although I attribute that to the fact I haven't attended one in a while). Some posture holds were defiantly longer on the first side than the second, but I highly doubt anyone would notice something so minutely trivial. As I mentioned, she did a wonderful job, and I wouldn't have guessed she was a new teacher because of her direct and confident attitude. I would definitely attend more of her classes in the future (if they work with my schedual), and I also appreciated the affordable price that was offered to attend (outside of the usual karma class schedual). I would recommend a friend or client to attend her class in the future as well as the community classes. Thanks.

Everything. I don't always make it regularly because of my job but every time I do come for a class or two I still feel like the modo family and no time had passed since my last visit. Feels like I am back home every time with loving peaceful supportive people.

I enjoyed the whole experience. I appreciate removing my shoes and having someplace to put them. The crew at the register were very pleasant and encouraging. The walk to the changing room was full of fun things to look at. The class was AMAZING! It was my first hot experience and it'll be hard to go back to a non hot class. Showering was a perfect end. I will be back, hopefully tomorrow.
