Great staff, knowledgeable instructors, lovely and well-maintained facilities and services, and good variety of classes. Price point for monthly membership is a little high for me - my only issue! The 10-class pass works well for me though, as I also have a gym membership. Would recommend to anyone who was interested.

Welcoming instructors who greet you at the door and check you in personally. I've really enjoyed the Moksha flow classes, where each instructor has a different flavour and way to challenge you!
I like the number of classes available, the different kinds of practice and the various instructors and the heat!
I would absolutely LOVE it if someone would take on offering a practice that gives a lot of time to a full pranayama practice with 15-20 minutes of meditation at the end because these are some important other limbs of YOGA practice; not just asana. Late afternoon or evening so I could attend after work. PLEASE!!!

Love the Variety of classes, variety of instructor styles - something for everyone, classes on stat holidays, promotional deals like 20 class card and special savings. Live music. Silence and quiet. Butt-kicking barre classes, clean floors and sterilized blocks after each class, clean change rooms and showers. Easy check in. And a huge thanks for continuing the teacher summer discount- it is such a nice way for teachers to de-stress in the summer. It made my July and august so enjoyable. thank you for offering the deal. Much appreciated!!!!!!

I love the quality of the classes, the layout of the studio (ie. where to place your mat to allow full capacity in the room), I like the mirrors which help to fix alignment of poses, and I like the general respect everyone has when entering the room (ie. quiet).

Great spot for yoga
I feel a good variety of classes are offered and the instructors offer a variety of approaches to teaching the barre, hatha, and moksha classes. There is something appealing about every instructor, because each has a particular strength...they are well trained.
In the summer I trained for and ran my first full marathon, which turned out to be a positive and rewarding experience. I am convinced that the fine instruction in the barre and moksha classes, as well as the opportunity to stretch in the hatha classes, allowed me to enjoy a successful and injury free race.
As ever, the facility is clean and any repairs in the locker room area are made in a relatively short time. Well-used/worn out equipment is often replaced quickly.
Lyanna was a great instructor and very descriptive while explaining new poses. Definitely enjoyed my first hot yoga session and will likely be back!
