Everyone is always friendly and accommodating when I come to Moksha. I also just recently had trouble with my online payment and the customer service email response was answered in a super timely manner!

I live outside of Winnipeg, so I'm not always able to attend yoga classes, however I rarely miss the Friday night Haitha class led by Lise. I admit I look forward to it all week! I really like her opening intention that sets the mood for the great restorative class she offers. Her welcoming attitude to everyone of us and soothing voice as well as her yoga sequence helps me totally relax and releases all my tension & stress. I always feel as if I've had a full body massage after each class. I have lost over 22 lbs the last 6 months which I attribute to her excellent teachings. I also appreciate the wonderful hands on guidance provided by Jen and other teachers.
I find the Physio office on premises a great resource. I have made use of Leslee Watt's services for lower back & neck issues, and can honestly say that practicing her yoga based therapy has relieved the pain fully.

Although a membership would be out of my privé range, i would certainly return for the 5$ karma classes. You have a beautiful facility and the instructor on Friday night at 730 was very good. He gave lots of directives and explained what to do very well.

Love all the classes. Hatha Friday with assist is my favorite. The only thing is before class starts 15 minutes would be nice to have in hot room. Sometimes it's under 10 mins.
