I love Modo in so many ways but one thing I really like is that some of the classes that I go to are a little irreverent and lighthearted. I like the music in the flow classes. Hip hop and yoga go really well together :)

variety of classes and large number of classes. Also Danielle and Donell are absolutely incredible instructors. I used to go to Kildonan Moksha occasionally but there wasn't enough class times to choose from that worked with my work and family schedule. There was one instructor there, I believe his name was Jason who was phenomenal and inspirational.
