The heat limbers older limbs before a great 40 pose excercise in compassion & intention. The instructors are well-educated in what makes this practice so worthwhile as well. I do what I can to persuade every single one of my friends & family to join me in the hot room...but everyone has their excuses. Thank you for helping me forget mine for a while a couple of times a week🤹🏻♂️🧠✊🏼✨

I had an awesome Class this past Sunday! My usual Hatha had a little twist with Yin in it! Loved it!! It was a 5 pm with Larissa she rocked it

Thanks so very much for allowing me to visit and take part in your class, Phil. If I return to Hot Modo Yoga, I will take one of the classes that focus on individual asanas before attending another Modo flow session. I was able to keep up, but I felt that more instruction in individual poses would have been good to have. I understood that people in the class I attended had probably already received that instruction, so that's what I would do.
Despite my lack of preparation, I enjoyed the class very much. It was a great workout with a capable and friendly teacher and a nice group of people.
