Instructors let everyone, or invite everyone, to practice at their own level. I am less able to do some of the poses now with my (old) compromised knees, and I feel comfortable to modify as needed, and that’s important to me.

What do you like about our services?

I have been coming to Moksha Yoga Winnipeg - Donald for about 10 months and it has been the best fitness experience that I have had so far. I have been a member at many different gyms and groups, but they were not able to create the accepting and peaceful atmosphere that the Moksha team does with ease.

I would definitely recommend coming to Moksha Yoga Winnipeg - Donald to anyone, at any level of yoga experience. I started with minimal knowledge about yoga, but the Moksha team makes learning about poses and how they flow together accessible, easy and fun. .

The Moksha team is also both knowledgeable and respectful of the yoga experience that each yogi is interested in achieving in practice. I have learned about the spiritual connection that yoga can create from many instructors - but all are cognizant of members that practice yoga in a more practical fashion.

Again, I would definitely recommend Moksha Yoga Winnipeg to anyone who may be interested. I can personally attest to the power that yoga has brought to my life and I am certain that the Moksha team can help you achieve all of your yoga goals.

I enjoy the community that Modo offers. Also, I appreciate the variety of classes and times available! They have been great to work with me, when I call to cancel a class because I get called into work. I appreciate that they are understanding of that!!

Hatha is my favorite yoga class. I wish that it was offered daily and I love that we did 60min hip stretch, it was awesome!
