Great teachers and very clean and welcoming environment
Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The schedule with so many classes allows me to regularly incorporate classes into my life. And, it’s clean and spacious. I’ve tried the Donald location and didn’t enjoy it as much because of lack of space and the studio aesthetics

Staff are friendly. I did a 6:00 am class and it was perfect. Not too many people. Was able to go at my own pace
I love coming to Moksha! You are all part of my recovery program from alcohol abuse and I am so grateful for that. From the first time I entered the hot room I knew that was where I was supposed to be. You are the best part of my day and I feel stronger mentally and physically after each class. Thank you for the work that you do and for making a difference in so many lives.
If I could give one small piece of feedback...... I love that you have the no cell phone rule but would love it even more if it was enforced. There are a couple of people that use their phones in the hot room and the barre room every time they are there. 9:15 weekday classes (she uses it before and after the class in the hot room) and a different person before the noon barre class on Sundays.

Great classes. Would like a little more flexibility in the cancellation policy, maybe a grace cancellation per quarter or something like that. I’ve never had to but have been so close to missing checking in on time due to traffic etc. it has actually made me not book a class because I was worried about the potential that something would come up.

Clean friendly informative staff
It feels like, in general, most of the teachers have slowed down the pace of the classes. Not sure if this has actually occurred or it’s just my perception but it’s great as previously it felt like the classes felt rushed and poses weren’t held long enough to receive the benefit.

It is a calming atmosphere the minute I walk in until the minute I depart.
I like how the instructors stay outside after class. In case people would like to speak with them.
I love how the hot studio has big windows for natural light.
There are also lots of parking spaces at the Waverley studio.
Convienient location. Matts, towels etc are available at studio to use. Studios/change rooms are cleaned often. Staff is always friendly. Playlist are different every single class/ with ever teacher. Bonus that workshops are held every now and then.
It’s also fun when my brother and I go to class together (or a friend!).
