Friendly greetings! Doesn't matter who is at front desk. Instructors are knowledgeable, I'd like to mention that John Mc Tavish is exceptional! change rooms and showers always clean. All around awesome experience! I'm addicted!

Variety in the classes (esp hot flow), each teach has their own style, but all very accessible. Ultimately, it comes down to the staff that makes it feel like a community, and not just a place to practice.

Modo is a haven for me where I come to reset and renew my energy. The studio vibe is welcoming and inclusive, cultivating a sense of peace. I love how the awesome instructors skillfully flavor each class with their unique personalities and experiences, making every practice fresh and new. Also, I’m super excited about the Seed Cafe that’s opening soon!
