that Hatha relaxation class took so much of my stress away..I was able to sleep through the night for the first time in a long time!! I just wish the class as a little earlier because I have a small one I put to bed every night

I really like the atmosphere in the studio and the instructors are great. I do miss the 90 minute flow classes in the evenings though.
I love the larger space, I find the Donald location very cramped. I also love taking class with Leslie Towler. She is an awesome instructor.

Parking looks to be a issue during the daytime classes. Probably stick to evening classes.

I think the new renovation (flooring) is a nice upgrade in the main yoga room. I have and still enjoy the hot yoga practices here.

Modo Yoga combines a great workout with mindfulness and spirituality. I’m not a religious person, but Modo Yoga reminds me that spirituality is still important even if it doesn’t follow a religion.
I am fairly new to yoga, and my first class was very easy to understand and follow!
