Best hot yoga in the metro- tried many because I moved to st Paul but feel most at home here and will be coming back more regularily. Staff is encouraging and always educating- dont feel like I need to be a pro to take a class.

I love the feel and vibe of Modo Yoga. I like sweating in the hot room. I enjoy the results of being less stiff and getting in a good one hour workout every time I come to Modo Yoga. The teaches and staff are all welcoming and friendly and always interested in helping me improve my practice. This is a great way to get exercise for anyone at any age.

Everything! I love the atmosphere, the community and the classes.

I only wish you had a 7:30am class. I’m far enough away that 6am is too early and 9:30 cuts into too much of the workday.
