Very friendly from the moment I walked in. The instructor was so thoughtful about the fact that I was new to Barre and wasn't familiar with the program and haven't exercised in a while. The class was great for me in that I could keep up with what she did, and was gently "pushed" to do the exercises. She gave me personal pointers to help me keep up and make sure I was doing the exercises correctly.

I like the availability of different times during the day. I enjoy the encouragement given during class and the offering of various levels of exercise depending on how your day is going. I also appreciate the offering of time for questions.
Great overall workout and beautiful studio
I love the classes where the instructor moves quickly enough to keep it interesting, paces the songs and counts down. I get lost without a countdown. Having a fresh towel and cups for water available is also so helpful upon checkin - we are all busy trying to fit it all in and sometimes I just don't have my water bottle. I love the music and the beats keep me motivated.

Modifications, friendly, organized
Great customer service. Both Tracy's made me feel welcomed and made the transition into something brand new to me, very comfortable.
The staff and teachers are so friendly and welcoming. I love that every class is different and music is also different. It keeps classes from feeling repetitive. I also love how much stronger I feel and how motivating the teachers are. I like all the teachers unlike my last barre experience where a few of the teachers were clearly stronger than the rest. I also LOVE how clean the studio is and the hard floors. So much better than carpet!
I continue to appreciate the beautifully cared for studio, the well prepared and creative teachers, and the spirit of support and friendship among the clients.
