Very nice facility, very helpful instructors, and a good workout
I was actually pretty nervous about Barre 3. It appears to be fairly upscale and designed for a particular demographic. However, I was greeted warmly and soon felt at ease. The overall design is very well done, clearly it was designed with women in mind. The instructor was very kind and enthusiastic. The class itself was awesome, I was able to work within my limits, and push my limits a little bit too! I am truly looking forward to my next class! Now, I understand why friends and co-workers are so excited about Barre 3. Thank you!

I feel very welcome by everyone in the studio. There are people from all walks of life and I feel as though everyone is treated with kindness. It is a great feeling to be in a place where the staff is truly engaged in your health and well being. Going to class is the highlight of my day!

The studio is beautiful! The instructors are nice, motivate you through the work out, and provide lots of instruction during every class. And it's a really effective workout.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming to new clients. Facilities are clean and nice and there is an overall positive atmosphere. I was so happy to experience an environment of positivity and encouragement as opposed to one of competitiveness, etc that you might experience at gyms.
Professional, well educated about the body, muscles, etc, kind, courteous, clean space for the class. Everything was fantastic!

Very friendly staff! I like that the classes are challenging but that modifications are always offered. Being able to go at my own pace without feeling uncomfortable is really nice.
