I like the pace of the class, not too fast. Also I liked that the music wasn't so loud that I couldn't hear the instructor. I liked the abs portion of the class, it was unlike other barre classes that I've been to.

Everything! Everyone is so nice and helpful, the facility is clean and pleasant, I'm sore from the work out, but it was fun too!

As a former dancer, I am aware that proper placement is imperative to prevent injury. All the other Barre classes failed to adjust those that were clearly out of alignment. Every instructor at Barre3 is sensitive to each participants level, and take much care in making sure each client is working with the correct technique.

Each class is kind of like a Disneyland ride, we've got an instructor taking us on an adventure, comically guiding everyone through humor and encouragement!

Teachers are excelletn (challenging and also encouraging). They know everyone's name and make everyone feel welcome.

I love the positivity and open environment. The instructors are very nice and friendly. I think women of any size and shape can feel comfortable working out there, which is not always the case!
