I like the pace of the class, not too fast. Also I liked that the music wasn't so loud that I couldn't hear the instructor. I liked the abs portion of the class, it was unlike other barre classes that I've been to.
Everything! Everyone is so nice and helpful, the facility is clean and pleasant, I'm sore from the work out, but it was fun too!

As a former dancer, I am aware that proper placement is imperative to prevent injury. All the other Barre classes failed to adjust those that were clearly out of alignment. Every instructor at Barre3 is sensitive to each participants level, and take much care in making sure each client is working with the correct technique.
Each class is kind of like a Disneyland ride, we've got an instructor taking us on an adventure, comically guiding everyone through humor and encouragement!

The friendly staff members. Every one tries to get to know the clients. I also like the facilities. The room is just right for the activities and is usually big enough for the class size. Even when we have a big class we can make room for everybody.
