For me, the combination of stretching, weights , cardio and muscle strengthening is great . I always feel good after class .

I enjoy the workouts and every teacher I have had there does a great job checking in and makes sure you are doing the moves properly. Also the facility is always clean.

Many things! Great workout, super friendly team that made me feel really welcome and showed me around... AND checked in with me after class, a beautiful studio with a spa-like bathroom to boot!
