I love the instructors and the workout. It goes by so quickly! I really like that the instructors learn my name. The emphasis on proper form is great, and I really appreciate the adjustments. The studio is beautiful, and a perfect size and location.
Each person I talked to was so very friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a good experience. I can not say enough good things about your child care. My kids had FUN and the person who was watching them actually played with them!! It was a very positive experience! I can't believe I haven't tried it before.
Lots of times to choose from and the classes are always difficult.

Very friendly, helpful staff. I also liked how being new to the class (and not a frequent worker-outer) did not feel pressure by class and/or instructor. I love the "layering" approach and how there were also options for those with back issues.
