Paige at the front desk was awesome! She was welcoming, showed me where everything was, and really made me comfortable.
Megan was the instructor for the class. She modified the workout where needed and was very encouraging. I left the class feeling great.

I love the upbeat vibe and that even though I feel like I definitely got a workout, it doesn't completely exhaust me! It's honestly the only workout class I've wanted to come back to (and have...with friends!).
