I love the instructors level of expertise. They are always engaged with the group. It's a friendly place to go to each time....they call you by name which is such a personal touch thats almost unheard of in todays day and age.

Every time I attend, each instructor makes me feel welcomed. They provide the right level of detail for each move, which makes it easy to follow along and makes me feel more confident. I appreciate their encouragement, and checking on poses, and re-directing poses if needed.

All of the staff members are so friendly and really take the time to get to know you! Also barre3 isn't like any other workout. I've been to other barre studios and barre3 has such a better atmosphere and the instructors are so much more involved and knowledgable!
