Paul provided a great service right from our first contact. Not the cheapest in the market, but if you want a home inspection that means something then Real Home Inspections Niagara is the place to go.

Paul arrived on time and spent over 2 1/2 hours going through our prospective home, even the real estate agent commented that he'd never seen such a detailed inspection. His eye for detail not only gave us a blueprint for future maintenance and upgrades, but also allowed us to negotiate a lower price.

Thorough and knowledgeable, we highly recommend Paul and his company for any home inspection need.

Brent did a great job with our inspection as first time home buyers. He was professional, but also very personable during the entire process. He was happy to field any questions we had. He discussed any issues as they appeared. He spend time at the end of the inspection to talk through the entire inspection from his point of view. It included information not necessarily induced on the inspection report that is good knowledge to have as a home owner. He provided his email after the inspection for any questions that came up during the purchasing process. I highly recommend Brent to any home owners.

What do you like about our services?

Craig explains things clearly and concisely. He’s very thorough and takes his time to do a detailed, accurate inspection. We’ve used his services on our previous home purchase as did our daughter on her home purchase. I would definitely recommend Craig to anyone in need of a home inspection!
