The Vitality of the Association.
The programs that are constantly available for learning and networking. The opportunity to always speak with someone about any questions or issues that may arise. I have been a member of another Assoc in the area and never had as positive of an experience as we have at Mainstreet.

Once call is answered and you are transferred no someone, calls seem to always go to voicemail.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I just went through jumpstart and there were 4 locations with only one area live. Ours was not live and the first day our whole class was disengaged. One guy was snoring and many were just on their phones. The live location was completely engaged but we were not able to ask questions as the instructor never once asked if the other 3 locations had any questions. I saw hands go up but the teacher was focused on her location. They also spent a good amout of time on Chicago which is not in Mainstreets area.I did pick up a few tidbits but if I could of asked questions I feel it may of been worth my time. I'm sorry but this was not what I was expecting from my first introduction to Main street. There were several of us that were in agreement. On the 2nd day, of course the same problem existed. I'm on line at this time and trying to do homework that was given but I can not remember where to go due to things being blown through without being able to ask questions.
To make this right, I have no idea , but as you can probably tell, I am completely frustrated.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

According to other agents not listed with Mainstreet, our MLS has false information. Meaning, there is no consistency with the information. Sometimes there is no listing information or there is wrong information for the basement, Appx sf, pictures, acreage and Realist doesn't always work.
