Very responsive and offers a variety of educational classes.
When I took jump start I felt that I received a lot of useful and helpful information as a new realtor starting up. The instructor Lynn was so amazing that I decided to take my post-license class with her. I have only had great experiences with MOR.
Mainstreet does an excellent job with administrative, new information, education and any pertinent information necessary to become and/or remain a professional and successful Realtor. Employees are extremely pleasant and comfortable when calling with a question or a problem.
Professional, prompt, knowledgeable and courteous staff!!
Professional and well organized
Every one there seems to be friendly and willing to assist in our needs. Thank you.
Dues keep increasing
The email updates, classes offered, courteous friendly and very helpful people who answer the phone and resolve my questions and concerns. It's the total package of electronic information and the people at Mainstreet.
Current information concerning the real estate market is necessary for my profession (real estate appraiser), and your association provides this data.
Convenience.
Friendly people.
the customer service is great!
Courtesy, assistance and swift response to questions.
Really don’t see the value of an organization that exists mostly due to my efforts and other REALTOR professionals that allows a competitor to use my photographs for longer than a minute without my permission. In the 21 years I have been an active real estate agent and member I have never required their services beyond what is standard until recently and I was hugely disappointed.
The charges are high and often.
Excellent class instructors
Fees and more fees and then a few more fees. Harder and harder to afford being in real estate today.
My questions or request are usually answer or cared for on the first call.
Even though MORe is such a large organization, for the most part the staff still provides its customer service with the "personal touch" that is more typical of a smaller company. The leaders in the organization have such great reputations, that they are able to attract similar talent. The educational offering are varied and numerous, and those instructors are of the highest quality.
I like the news feed and updates.
Training and useful tools
You just take people’s money and give them no guidance.
I am a 72 year old with 40 years of real estate experience. However all this new computer gadgetry has left me in the dust. I would love to have a couple of classes to get me baaaack on the radar.

Hold members to a higher standard of ethics and professionalism.
Fair housing issues...poor/late responses to offers presented..terrible listing practices...pocket listing/private listings are a lawsuit waiting to happen.
This is the biggest membership in the state...why not push for higher standards? Harder testing.
Nobody cares.
It is ALL about making money...
Keep getting more new agents who can market but can't fill out a contract...there should be 25-33% less agents...disclosures are not filled out, nearly-blank contracts sent over. REO agents unresponsive...listing agents knowing nothing about their own listings and take a week to get back...buyer agents not knowing what 'as-is' means.
Rampant abuse of square footage...calling everything that isn't a split-level a 'raised ranch'...
Excessive 'processing fees' by too many offices...especially on rentals. (Paying out $350 on a $1800 rental, but then if *I* don't show it [I always do], I'm the bad guy?)
These are professionalism issues and NOBODY wants to talk about them, least of all our boards because ownership really OWNS the boards, as we all know.
Too many agents skirt the laws, are VERY fuzzy with dual agency (which is ONLY going to get worse with private listings)...
You can tell some agents are fair housing violations waiting to happen by how they talk. They KNOW they have to SAY certain things, but I don't believe for a second they are being honest or fair with some clients. (Again, this is likely to manifest in private listings, but it is set up for that, isn't it? To avoid the detection, but still allow for subtle, uncaught racism? To allow under-marketing to 'certain' areas or certain 'types' of people? Because WHY else would it best serve our clients to make a property LESS available?)
People still too often associate 'us' with slimy sales techniques...I get a lot of second-hand clients that are once-bitten, twice shy about using ANY Realtor after shady practices they encountered the first time.
IR just sent us a similar questionnaire recently and I answered very much the same.
Now let's see if anybody is actually reading these.
Make 'us' better.
Please.
I hope & Pray you all believing in the living loving God of the universe JESUS CHRIST & HIS coming soon.
