So far everyone has been easy to access and has been very nice and helpful. fees are reasonable and website is user friendly.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

My understanding is that membership is mandatory. Why would I need to recommend you? ConnectMLS is kind of a mess, full of bugs and instead of addressing the problems, you keep updating the look and feel.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I am required by you to pay for a key card that I do not use.
Other Realtors call our office for one day code. I do not understand why I am required to pay fees by you for something I have not used in ages.
