I have been a loyal customer for many years. However, when I scheduled my last appointment at 9:30am with Alex she was just sitting another customer when I showed up at 9:32am. I received no call to check if I was coming or not and she told me I had to wait another 30 mins on her. Moreover, I immediately contacted support and still have not received any response form anyone fro Sports Clips. Needless to say. I will no longer be a customer of Sports Clips. I would rather pay a little more and be treated like a valued customer.
