I signed up on the app. It told me that my stylist was ready for me when I showed up and put my number into the machine it aaid I was on deck then one of the stylist decided she was gonna leave early and then I put another 30 minutes to my name, took me off the deck

This has nothing to do with the hairstylist. She was great!
It has everything to do with me being told that at least this location only offers the MVP cut and nothing else, while the company itself advertises multiple cuts available.

My service was very good

Hairdresser slipped twice with clippers, didn't acknowledge it until pointed out, then claimed they were "preexisting" patches of baldness. Didn't apologize. Stopped haircut multiple times to talk with other hairdresser about a previous customer.

Rude, unprofessional, messy. Easily worst haircut experience of my life. I will not return.

Emily at the New Caney location is awesome! She takes the time to understand what I want and does a wonderful job.

I stopped by for a neck trim - I sat down and told the lady - Neck trim only, square in the back - and don't cut my sideburns.
I closed my eyes for a short time - and she was done very quick - and guess what - she trimed my left sideburn alost all the way off.
I asked "what happened to my sideburns?" She said - they are even. I stood up and looked into the mirror and put my fingers to the side of my head - and showed her that they were not even close - because the left side was almost cut off.
Then she took her comb and tried to show me they were even - and they were not.
So she trimed the right side back to try and make them even.
She was not happy.
My wife laughed a little when I got home - but she fixed it.
Usually, they ask to trim the hair off/over my ears and offer to trim my eyebrows...she did not do either.
Normally I tip $5.00 for the free neck trim - but no tip today.

I usually get my hair trimmed at Sport Clips, and my haircut is always simple and short. Today, Mrs. Mikaela cut my hair. After she finished, I politely asked her to trim my sideburns a bit more. Her response was surprisingly rude—she said, “If you waited, I would have done it,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.

This was also my first time getting my beard done at Sport Clips. When I asked questions, she seemed defensive, as if she didn’t want to be asked anything. The biggest issue I had was with the additional services. She offered the extra “super shaver” without mentioning that it came with an added charge. I’ve been to many other barbers, and no one has charged extra for that unless they make it clear ahead of time. If your store charges $10 for it, customers should be informed upfront.

Thankfully, I had already paid for the MVP experience, but even then, I had to ask for the massage portion—only to be told it was optional. If that’s the case, why didn’t she offer it after washing my hair?

Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve had at Sport Clips. If Mikaela isn’t open to customer feedback or suggestions about their haircut, perhaps she needs to take a break. Respect and communication matter.
