Horrible haircut. Have been to this location twice. Each time there has not been any customers in the store and I understand why because both times the haircut has been horrible. I’ve had to go elsewhere to have someone fix it. Definitely will not be back to this location.
I was receive great service..
I had a bad hair cut 2 days ago. The stylist was too busy talking on the phone and singing instead of focusing on the haircut. I’ll never use her again

Each location is different but in the past I had stylist that weren’t very good. Just continue to hire stylists like I had this time and you’ll go even further into market control.
My stylist Ramona has been cutting my hair and doing the beard trims for a long time. The other stylists do a good job, but if I can, I book with Ramona. Just super good stylist.
