Very friendly staff; always acknolwedge your entrance and presence. I haven't been here long enough to sample the products. Have been in mostly to sign up for races and classes. Have ALREADY recommended one of the training classes to a friend of mine :)

The customer service is very personal & even the the store is generally crowded you feel like the only one in there. I recently bought a pair of running shoes & after a couple of runs my feet did not like them as much as I did. Because of your educated staff & awesome 100% fit guarantee I was able to exchange them. With that alone I will be a customer for life.

I LOVED that Kenneth took the time to ask about what I needed the shoes for, measured me all ways to Sunday, had someone double-check the fit.... and when I later checked online, found that I paid the same price in store as I would have anywhere online. Store was clean, I felt like they could not do enough to help, just an awesome experience!!
