I can't recommend Dogtopia highly enough for anyone looking for outstanding care for their dog. As soon as Melo and I entered, we were welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who clearly adore dogs. The facility is clean, spacious, and packed with engaging toys and cozy spots for rest.

The staff's dedication is evident in their personalized approach, ensuring Melo receives attention that suits his playful nature. Despite the absence of an outdoor area, Dogtopia offers plenty of indoor space for Melo to run and play safely with his pals, all under attentive supervision.

Communication is excellent, with frequent updates and adorable photos sent directly to me, keeping me connected to Melo’s day. Their strict health and safety protocols give me complete peace of mind.

Melo always leaves Dogtopia happy and tired from a day full of fun and love. It’s clear he’s in the best hands here, and I'm so grateful to have found such a fantastic daycare for him!

I like that the associates care for my dog just as I would. It provides a safe place for my dog to run and play and use up his energy while I’m at work. The location is very convenient. I love the enrichment of arts/crafts, photo shoots, and special treat days.

The folks at check in are friendly and know me and my dog by name. I love that they send pics of him to show me what a great time he is having at daycare. They are receptive to feedback and really care about the work they do!

I feel safe bringing my Greyci to Dogtopia and never worry about her when in daycare or boarding. The team is usually very responsive when I've had questions regarding care or even billing for issues. I also appreciate that it seems many of the staff take the time to get to know the different personalities of each dog and the things the each dog enjoys, as well as those things they don't. Though I've never been in the areas where the dogs are kept, based on what I see on the webcam, the staff seem to keep those areas clean and tidy - even when there are several dogs running around. (How do they do it??) Not only would I recommend Dogtopia to others, I have recommended Dogtopia to several work colleagues and friends.

Staff members are always friendly and they know me and my dog Iorek. I feel comfortable taking him to Dogtopia-he’s always ready to go right back to his playroom. I tell people Iorek is happy to get there and he never acts like he’s escaping when I pick him up from daycare.

The friendly and patient staff when it comes to my crazy pup! The daycare is super clean and well maintained. They pay attention to all of the dogs and communicate well.

We love that our dog is always happy to come back to dogtopia- he loves it there! The staff are friendly and prompt for pickup/dropoff- this has been improved a lot from the time we started going there. We love that it seems the staff love our dog as much as we do! The add on services for meals and treats are nice and the special events are fun to participate in.

My dog attends daycare at dogtopia in Decatur. I love how personalized his care is and how all the people who work at this location know who he is. He is a little bit of an anxious dog and I have noticed that he is very comfortable, which in turn makes me very happy. I also like that he gets some social time with other dogs and comes home content and happy.

The staff is wonderful! Luna is always happy and tired when I pick her up.

I love how excited our pups get when they know they are going to Dogtopia. Having a safe, friendly, fun environment for them to play and socialize makes being away from them during the day so much easier. It is comforting to check in on them with the webcams, and convenient access to spa services is icing on the cake.
