I appreciate the responsiveness on booking requests, text updates and ability to view the cameras during the day! I love absolutely everything about DOGTOPIA… My pup Kane was rejected from WAGGALOT DECATUR for being to invasive. He was not aggressive, no anxiety, no temperament issues. Basically he was not good enough for that place. Dogtopia Decatur gave Kane a fair assessment with all of his energy and intrusiveness.lol I appreciate the staff being so welcoming, patient and professional on all levels. We found our fit! Jed loves Dogtopia! He runs out of the car when he realizes where we are. Every staff member I've met is helpful and you can tell, really loves dogs (unlike some other places in town). I love the little extras your team does to make the dogs feel at home. Jed came home and was exhausted for 2 days after a 4 day stay at Dogtopia.

The staff at Dogtopia of Decatur is great with our dogs! The staff show they care and our dogs can tell! They are always kind and our babies love them!

I love that they greet my dog every time we walk in & Tally is immediately excited. It’s never a struggle to get her through the door. The special treat days are my (& Tally’s) favorite. I really enjoy that they send me photos whenever something fun happens!

I can't recommend Dogtopia highly enough for anyone looking for outstanding care for their dog. As soon as Melo and I entered, we were welcomed by the friendly and professional staff who clearly adore dogs. The facility is clean, spacious, and packed with engaging toys and cozy spots for rest.
The staff's dedication is evident in their personalized approach, ensuring Melo receives attention that suits his playful nature. Despite the absence of an outdoor area, Dogtopia offers plenty of indoor space for Melo to run and play safely with his pals, all under attentive supervision.
Communication is excellent, with frequent updates and adorable photos sent directly to me, keeping me connected to Melo’s day. Their strict health and safety protocols give me complete peace of mind.
Melo always leaves Dogtopia happy and tired from a day full of fun and love. It’s clear he’s in the best hands here, and I'm so grateful to have found such a fantastic daycare for him!
I like that the associates care for my dog just as I would. It provides a safe place for my dog to run and play and use up his energy while I’m at work. The location is very convenient. I love the enrichment of arts/crafts, photo shoots, and special treat days.
The folks at check in are friendly and know me and my dog by name. I love that they send pics of him to show me what a great time he is having at daycare. They are receptive to feedback and really care about the work they do!
