Our dog loves coming to dogtopia. And it's so nice the the staff know her and some of her quirks. The staff is very friendly to the people and the dogs.

We do find that our dog smells a good bit after being at dogtopia (urine like smells probably from lying on the floor) so we have to plan out when we take her in order to work on a bath.

Also wish pausing a week didn't require filling out a form. And would love more feedback (when possible) about how the dog did that day etc.

But overall we have had a great experience!!

You communicate with us directly while our dog is there. Letting us know things are okay and also letting us know when things are not okay. We appreciate that so much.

I like the Meet and greet idea. I wanted a place where my beagle could socialize with other dogs. Everyone I met working there was friendly. My dog seemed to be comfortable.

Tyson has adapted to going and playing with other dogs, he is eager to get in once we pull up

We love Dogtopia Decatur! We have been coming almost every business day for almost two years now! The k9 coaches love my pup as if he were their own and he loves them too! He gets so excited to go to school. I also love that they can trim his nails while he’s there and that he can board in the same place that he is familiar with.

The people at the Decatur location are amazing They went over and beyond to make me and my dog feel welcome. The staff could tell Charlie was a great dog but he was very anxious the first time. He did much better the second time.

Dogtopia Decatur has been THE BEST! Ollie was so shy around both people and dogs, but he’s been going to dogtopia 4x a week for the past 2 weeks and we now joke he likes to be there more than at home! Super grateful that Ollie has a great, safe place to stay while we are at work for the day:) would 100% recommend!

We love how friendly the staff are, they love my baby just like I do! I also love the opening hours most of the week! It’s really helpful when you work long hours as they’re open earlier and later than most other doggie daycares in the area.
