I use daycare and grooming, and we also did a five week puppy preschool program. All of them l have been very happy with and Ollie has had great time at each.

I feel like all the staff are like family to me and my dog Ollie. They love my dog like he is their own and it is always a positive experience during drop offs/pick ups.

I know I will use the boarding in the future and i know Ollie will be well cared for.

Front staff were very polite, kind, knowledgeable, accommodating and welcoming. First impressions make a difference.
Rooms were clean and spacious. My dog wasn’t panting nor appeared overheated on pick up and was clean and smelled good (got a spritz of something before coming out). I only wish there was an outdoor area where the dogs can see the sun and get fresh air throughout the day (especially the ones who board for prolonged durations) other than the additional charges for a walk, but for daycare and shorter boarding, this works well in a clean, spacious, climate-controlled space. Will certainly use again.

I like how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are.I love the sanitization and cleaning procedures to keep the dogs safe and the transparency if there is an incident. My babes are happy to go in and to see the staff and that is reassuring as well. Thank you!

Penny loves going and looks forward to seeing her caregivers when we get there. It makes me feel good about leaving her there while I go away for a week because I know she will have a good time with people that care about her.

The only complaint I have is about the new website. When a date is confirmed part of the message says “ America/Toronto “. We are not part of the US and never will be.

I really appreciate the love my dog received at boarding, the staff is kind and welcoming. I just didn't like the app, it didn't work at all. I was quite anxious to not be able to access the webcams as it was Kilo's first time away from home. Other than that everything was great.

Friendly, fun environment! My dog has been to daycare many times and has also boarded there occasionally since she was very young. She always comes home happy and has clearly been well taken care of.

I love how easy and convenient it is to bring my dogs to daycare. Lionhead Dogtopia takes care of my pups with such love. We always feel so welcomed by staff and the other pups in “the toy room”. My puppies feel safe. And I also love that every single dog is known by name by staff. Makes it feel personal and makes me feel more comfortable leaving them there. I also love that my pup can get a haircut here or a wash and blow dry at our request (and staff availability). They can be taken for walks, they’re fed and they also get independent time after eating to settle their tummies. This location is clean and organized. We are happy to recommend this daycare to all dogs and pups!
