The front desk staff are professional, personable and always greet us and our pet with a smile.
Our pet is known for who he is; he loves the Rovers who care for him through the day. And we know he is safe and getting lots of play and exercise.

You are close to where I live work, so very convenient and I appreciate that dogs of different types are in different rooms. Having the pet cams available is also reassuring so I can see my pup is having a good time and not stressed.
I appreciate also the "drop and shop" service.
Staff are always very pleasant and accommodating. I like being able to watch my dog from anywhere on their webcam
Pricing and friendly services, as well as the various activities offered for the dogs. The space is really good also.
I have no worries at all when I drop off Buddy. I know he's in good hands with the whole team at Loinhead. He loves going there. They always put Buddy's needs first.

Great staff. I feel very fortunate to have them as cloudy’s caretaker when m away. Thanks to all of you for making sure cloudy is safe and have fun.

It's the only place we feel 100% safe about leaving our beloved dog for daycare and/or boarding. I wouldn't trust anywhere else.

Friendly staff that really love the dogs.
It was a very pleasant experience. They were very informative and provided answers to all of my questions. The meet and greet went smoothly and the staff that were in the rooms with the dogs all day were so good with them. Very patient and playful and made it a great first experience. We have already booked further dates!
The app wasn’t working at times and wouldn’t allow us to log in at times. That is the only feedback - to fix the app.

The staff is friendly, Sadie loves them as I can see it when I drop her off and pick her up. The pricing is reasonable for what is being offered.

The staff at Dogtopia Lionhead is incredibly friendly, excited to welcome each doggo as they arrive and genuinely seem passionate about their job.
I love the 'first week.of daycare' report cards - so incredibly cute and a very nice touch. I love to read how my pup made out, who he's made friends with AND I now have my very own 'proud mama' moment that I can share with my family and friends. Love it!

i love the friendly loving staff. they are all so welcoming and attentive. Anna the owner is sincere and kind. my heart is so full knowing my sweet puppy winnie feels loved and safe while in their care. facility is clean and smells fresh. winnie always is happy to arrive and is happy once home. great benefit is winnie sleeps wonderfully the days she goes to daycare. winnie has also made sweet friends that she loves playing with. so grateful for dog topia. i highly highly recommend.
