Very friendly caring staff.

Penny loves going and looks forward to seeing her caregivers when we get there. It makes me feel good about leaving her there while I go away for a week because I know she will have a good time with people that care about her.

The only complaint I have is about the new website. When a date is confirmed part of the message says “ America/Toronto “. We are not part of the US and never will be.

I really appreciate the love my dog received at boarding, the staff is kind and welcoming. I just didn't like the app, it didn't work at all. I was quite anxious to not be able to access the webcams as it was Kilo's first time away from home. Other than that everything was great.

Friendly, fun environment! My dog has been to daycare many times and has also boarded there occasionally since she was very young. She always comes home happy and has clearly been well taken care of.

I love how easy and convenient it is to bring my dogs to daycare. Lionhead Dogtopia takes care of my pups with such love. We always feel so welcomed by staff and the other pups in “the toy room”. My puppies feel safe. And I also love that every single dog is known by name by staff. Makes it feel personal and makes me feel more comfortable leaving them there. I also love that my pup can get a haircut here or a wash and blow dry at our request (and staff availability). They can be taken for walks, they’re fed and they also get independent time after eating to settle their tummies. This location is clean and organized. We are happy to recommend this daycare to all dogs and pups!

Dogtopia of Lionhead cares deeply for my doggo! He is loved, and loves going to the Lionhead location! The staff are very warm and welcoming and they continue to deliver top notch care for my boy! They have a phenomenal grooming service, and they work hard to earn your pet's love. At times, I get the feeling that my boy thinks Dogtopia Lionhead is his home and he's just coming for a sleepover for the night at my home :D hahah!

I love the staff and owners, and I hope they continue to grow and expand their flava towards other locations across Ontario!

I appreciate the ease and flexibility of bookings and that the location is open fairly late to accommodate busy work days.

Dogtopia Meadowvale staff are the best - from Jashita at the reception to the dog coaches, up to the groomers. They really take good care of our dog which shows based on how happy our dog is when we take him there and pick him up. The regular pupdates via email and the ability to view our dog via webcam helps alleviate worries when we board our dog. I highly recommend Dogtopia for daycare and boarding.
