I love that Gibby has such a warm welcome when we arrive. He is always so excited on Dogtopia days. I also love all the different theme days and effort that goes into finding new ways to keep the dogs entertained.

I am quick to refer friends and dog owners to Dogtopia. Our corgi Mabel loved it there, she goes twice a week, gets so great social time and burns off a lot of energy. We are always greeted by friendly staff, who know Mabel well and love her quirks. She is always excited to go to Dogtopia, it's like a dog party. I appreciate that I can check in on her via camera to see what she's up too. I also love the convenience of booking a bath, nail clip whiles she's there. We haven't boarded yet, but I am happy that they offer this service for when we need it. I have been especially appreciative of the cool temperature in the space on these hot days. We've loved it from day one.

The staff is AMAZING! So friendly and so loving to the pups! Couldn’t ask for better service. Suggestions:
- while having dogs in a indoor space is ideal, dogs often smell of urine due to laying on floor even though staff clean floor when they notice a dog has urinated etc. Dogs should be wiped thoroughly when picjed up. It’s not practical and drying on dogs skin to bathe them frequently.

See the staff positively interact with my pet. While on vacation could check on pet by video, emailed me that she was doing well, and when I picked her up talked about how she ate, acted, and was liked by staff.

The location, customer service and options for the dogs were great!!

And I was disappointed that I was told on the phone that the first session would be free and then it wasn’t. I asked twice to confirm and then upon leaving I was charged much to my surprise. What I did not share was that although we have an Ontario address we come every summer. I will be using the service again possibly.

I would also suggest you ask for positive and negative feedback in separate questions so you get the reviews and suggestions for improvements.
