From the moment I walked into Dogtopia the staff were super friendly. Dorriana really helped me feel comfortable leaving Penny for her first by answering all my questions and assuring me Penny would be cared for. The next day Jamie called to check in and that was also very kind to know that she took the time out to connect.

Dogtopia Applewood is absolutely wonderful - everyone there is loving, kind and gentle with the pups and really care for them, as evidenced by all the hugs, patting and kisses doled out. Last minute requests for daycare/boarding have been met with no problem for which I have been very grateful. I know when our Howard is there, he is well cared for and loved which is comforting in that I don’t have to worry about him. It is kept extremely clean and I really like that I can watch on the webcam during the day to watch Howard play with his friends!

It has been a really positive experience so far! Staff are attentive and kind and Lucy ran right in on her first day! We really appreciated the follow up phone call the next day to see how she was doing after her first day (VERY tired!). We felt comfortable leaving Lucy. Having the cameras to check in on her during the day was also a comfort! We are looking forward to her continuing day care at Dogtopia!

I was really nervous about bringing Milo at such a young age but he's in good hands at Dogtopia. He's learning to socialize with all the other dogs and gets the much needed exercise he needs throughout the day. The rest breaks are much appreciated because Milo doesn't know when to slow down. The place is so well organized and the staff are super nice and Milo loves the frequent pats & rubs they give him.
