Pleasant staff and I can watch my dog mingle with other dogs on a screen.
The staff is the absolute BEST. They always make sure I know what kind of day my dog had and any concerns or issues that came up. The trainers have worked with both my dogs to improve their "manners" (jumping, pulling on their lead, etc). I can tell that they love our dogs too! The facilities are always clean and I love the extra things you can opt into like "bacon day", "meatball day", special occasion photos, etc.
Being attentive to dogs and their needs to feel comfortable in new surroundings and feel welcomed.
I love the fact Anna the owner is such amazing with our son dog! The staff in Aurora are so gentle and very friendly! They are so kind and sweet! They are so caring and they are carful at the same time! We trust them all 100 percent! Anna also took the time to let our son see the place!
The entire team at Dogtopia in Burlington is absolutely amazing with our Maltese mix. Their attention to detail, knowledge, quality of care and general love they provide to our little guy is unmatched. I recommend them fully to anyone who wants to ensure that their loved one is always in good hands.

The team is so friendly and accommodating. I feel at ease knowing how well cared for Saoirse is when she is there. Saoirse is shy and can be a little timid. Her days at Dogtopia have helped bring her out of her shell, over time she has gained so much more confidence.
I love how exhausted Saoirse is after a day at Dogtopia!
She loved the scent walk this week!

Friendly staff when you call and arrive on site. They care about your pet and show respect.
Everyone is super friendly and nice; they treat both myself and my dog very well. They are also very active on social media, which is nice to see. The special events and days they organize are engaging and fun.
Sport loves going to Dogtopia Douglas Glen! He wants to see the wonderful staff and all the dogs. We are so happy with the care, and we know that he is loved and has fun there. Thank you!
