The staff remembered my dogs name after the first day, and even knew who I was and which dog was mine by the second time I went to pick her up. I can tell that they all love dogs and are genuinely excited to take care of my pup. I feel extremely comfortable leaving my girl in the care of the staff and she is equally as excited to go everyday! Dogtopia has been a game changer for us!!

The special events and treats are amazing! They've got fun activities and special treats for the dogs that keep them happy.
Knowing that the staff is trained on dog behaviours and how to handle them is a welcome bonus. I know that if my pup were to suddenly have an issue, they would know what to do and would share tips with us about it. Raising a puppy is a challenge and I feel a lot of relief knowing that I can come to the trainers if I need help with anything related to our dog.
It's a huge relief to know that my pup is so loved and well cared for at daycare. I love being able to watch him on the camera during the day. The rooms are big, bright and have lots of amazing equipment for the dogs to play on. Seeing how excited he gets going into daycare just reinforces my feelings that Dogtopia was the best choice for his daycare.

Associates were very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Offered great information and answered questions throughly. Gus had a great time and was absolutely exhausted.

I appreciate that there are 3 rooms based on the size of the dogs. Mico loves to come there, he is so excited when we are a couple of blocks away when he realizes where he is going. We love the webcam so that we can see what how he is socializing when he's there.

The staff at the Pickering location are incredible. They are knowledgable, professional and really loving to our dog. They are wonderful to deal with and I am grateful for the care and coaching they provide.

I use Dogtopia of Applewood mostly for grooming my dog. Becky the groomer always does a superb job on my dog Mavis. We have also used there day care a few times & they always made me feel that my dog was in good hands.
Our two little ones were daycare regulars at Dogtopia Westmount, so we were very sad to hear about their closure as our boys absolutely loved the team there and the opportunities to socialize and have fun! After the closure, we reached out to Dogtopia Burlington to arrange for a trial sleepover and playday. Magdalena went above and beyond with getting everything all set up, and our boys had a blast!!! They were well looked after, played their brains out, and crashed as soon as they came home (much like toddlers, that made us as pet parents very happy, hahaha)! We'll definetely be bringing our dogs back to this location; they are looking forward to their next stay!

I like that I can call same day as I want to book and speak to a person at the Guelph Location we visit. The staff is very supportive of both my dog and myself.
This has been very helpful for me as a Senior that doesn’t need regular daycare, yet does need daycare on short notice ie: Bad weather, Health and Caregiving issues as they often are not foreseeable.
I also like the option of 1/2 days as this has worked out well for us.

Staff!!!! And great location. Our Ginger golden started going from a puppy and loves her visits!
Very shocked and disappointed at the sudden closure. Our family referred many of our friends for their furry kids :(

I like the fact that they greet every pup by name and are clearly happy to see them,as are the pups happy to be there.
They provide a service that enables me to have some time to myself do what I need to get done throughout the day.
I know Blakey is cared for while he's there and he has fun playing with the other pups and his besties.
All of all services cannot complain. Pleasant staff was looked after and they where very polite
