The people are friendly. I like the live cam. I was able to watch how my dog interacted with other dogs as well as humans. He's a service dog in training so I enjoyed seeing him step out of his role in the morning to play and then watch him in the afternoon gravitate to the human, sitting patiently or getting her attention to get direction from her to do something.

All of the staff are amazing. They really care about the dogs and it shows. My dogs greet the staff when I drop them off like they are family. That’s incredible and I very much appreciate how the dogs are looked after.
